Q - Does AlltroLite® offer a warranty for its products?
 
A - Yes, AlltroLite® stands behind its products with a 1 year limited manufacturer's warranty with proof of purchase. Any item that does not perform properly due to a manufacturer defect can be returned for a warranty replacement. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or batteries. Q - What credit cards do you accept?
 
A - We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover
    
     
Q - How much do I have to order to get free freight?
 
A - Retail orders totaling $100 or more automatically receive free freight.  Wholesale/Dealer orders exceeding $800 also automatically qualify for free freight.
    
     
Q - Can I get AlltroLite® products customized with my company's name or logo?
 
A - Most AlltroLite® products can be customized. The minimum order quantity is 100 pieces. Lead time is 15 days. Contact your AlltroLite® sales representative for pricing and for more details. Customers without a AlltroLite® sales representative can call 1.800.929.5969 for further inquiries on customization.
    
     
Q - How will my order be shipped (UPS, FedEx, USPS?) How many days will it take for me to get my order?
 
A - We use all methods of shipping. After being processed,* all orders, unless otherwise specified, are shipped standard or ground service which takes approximately 3 - 5 business days. *Please allow 24 hours for orders to be processed. 
    
     
Q - What is your address for returns? Do you pay the return freight?
 
A - Alltrolite, 1281 E 6th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90021. Alltrolite pays return freight when a Return Authorization has been issued by Alltrolite.
    
     
Q - How can I get a call tag to return an item?
 
A - Contact your AlltroLite® sales rep or corporate office support1@alltro.com or 1.800.929.5969
    
     
Q - If an item is out of stock, do you backorder the item or wait and ship the order complete?
 
A - We ship all products that are in stock within 24 hours of your order being received. We backorder any items that are out of stock. Once out of stock items arrive they will be shipped in the order that they were received. We do not wait to ship the order complete because we cannot guarantee when another item could go out of stock.
    
    
Q - What is the benefit of “Becoming a Dealer?”
 
A - Becoming a Dealer on our website, www.alltro.com, requires no purchase or obligation. It is a way for our dealers to purchase items by the case pack quantity via wholesale pricing. 
    
     
Q - Can I order less than a case pack?
 
A - Yes. Items can be purchased at retail price in any quantity on www.alltrolite.us. When logged in as a dealer, items can only be purchased in case pack quantity.
    
     
Q - Does AlltroLite® have a MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) Policy?
 
A - Yes. In order to protect our customer’s business and the AlltroLite® brand, a MAP Policy has been instituted. This policy states that the advertised price PLUS any shipping charges paid by the buyer must be within 10% of the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price. If the issue is not quickly corrected we reserve the right to stop providing product to that seller.
    
     
Q - Why does AlltroLite® sell everything in counter/box displays?
 
A - Displays allow the product to be tested by the consumer before purchase, because of that AlltroLite® products sell much faster when placed on counters, end caps or at the checkout in displays.
   
    
Q - Are batteries included in your products?
 
A - Not all flashlights, cap-lights, head lamps and multi-tools that require batteries have batteries included. In each description of product will have the details.  
  
    
Q - Are AlltroLite® products water-resistant?
 
A - Most of our products are rated as water-resistant. Unless it's not issued as water-resistant.
